1. Membership Eligibility and Restrictions:
  - - Only one person from each area/ZIP code or county is permitted to join. Current leadership team has final authority relating to classification conflicts.
    - Members must be full-time agents, not part-time.
2. Meeting Attendance and Participation:
  - - Monthly meetings last 90 minutes, and members need to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting.
    - Attendance is critical. A member is allowed 2 absences every six months (Jan through June and July through December). Exceeding this limit may result in the member’s classification being opened by the group’s Leadership Team or Membership Committee.
    - Visitors may attend monthly meetings once before joining.
3. Referral and Participation Requirements:
  - - Members are required to bring referrals (agent to agent or members for the team) to the group.
    - A member’s first choice of referral should be within members of this group, substantially increasing their commitment to the group.
    - All member lists are for the purpose of giving referrals and not for soliciting (via email, direct mail, or other means) members without their prior approval.
4. Classification and Conflicts:
  - - The current leadership team has final authority relating to classification conflicts.
    - It is the member’s responsibility to file a concern with the group’s leadership if a visitor’s application conflicts with their classification. If there are no complaints, the leadership will assume consent.
    - Members who wish to change their classification must submit a change of AREA request and get approval.
    - A member’s classification may be opened for failure to comply with the policies of the group.
5. Leadership Authority and Compliance:
  - - In case of conflicts with a member, the leadership team may, at their sole discretion, put a member on probation or terminate participation based on the member’s business practices or commitment to the chapter.
    - Policies are subject to change, and the Leadership Team will be notified regarding all changes. Membership Committees have full authority in this area.
6. Policy Changes and Member Responsibilities:
  - - Policies are subject to change, and members will be notified of these changes.
    - Member lists are for giving referrals and not for soliciting without prior approval.
