1. No Guarantee of Referrals

Broker Alliance Networking Group® (“BANG”) does not guarantee that any member will receive referrals as a result of membership. Membership in BANG is relationship-based, and a member’s level of participation and involvement may increase opportunities for referrals; however, referrals are not promised or implied.

2. Application Fee & Refund Policy

Any applicant who agrees to the BANG Membership Rules and the BANG Terms & Conditions and submits the $25.00 application fee acknowledges that the application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Ongoing Compliance With Membership Rules

All members are required to continue complying with the BANG Membership Rules at all times. Payment of dues does not exempt any member from compliance or disciplinary action.

4. Membership Term, Cancellation & Dues

Paid annual memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date payment is successfully submitted. Members may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued. Members who pay monthly may cancel

5. Removal From BANG & Membership Dues

If a member is removed from BANG for any reason, membership dues paid in full are non-refundable and no prorated refunds will be issued. Members on monthly payment schedules will not receive refunds for payments already processed; however, future payments will be stopped.

6. Affinity Group Fees, Term & Cancellation

Members who pay annually for any combination of BANG Affinity Groups may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued. Members who pay monthly for any Affinity Group may cancel at any time, and no further payments will be due. Any member removed from BANG will be automatically removed from all Affinity Groups.

7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By applying for membership or paying any application, membership, or affinity group fees, the applicant or member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the BANG Membership Rules and BANG Terms & Conditions.

8. Authority

BANG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, enforce, and modify these Terms & Conditions and to take disciplinary action, including removal.
